Position Description
KBR is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Quality Assurance position. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Provides specialized technical expertise in support of the Behavior Based Quality Program, including Quality Training, Statistical Methods, and Analytical Assessments.
Applies knowledge of quality systems and tools to communicate effectively and to provide guidance to less experienced team members.
Implements principals of performance evaluation and quality improvement methods to assure the continued improvement of the Behavior Based Quality Program.
Relies upon experience, interpersonal skills, and broad knowledge of multi-disciplines to insure the training is thoroughly communicated and comprehended by those receiving the training.
Uses judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop Quality Best Practices.
Reports to the Project Quality Manager.
